1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or worn products
• Washed products
• Products without original tags
• Products damaged by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Refund Time
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
